INVENTORY CONTROL ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures, systems and best practices with regard to inventory for the purpose of maintaining accurate financial information. Performs regular cycle count, physical inventory, updating of inventory, detailed recording, reconciliation and analysis of inventory movement and other reports related to inventory management. Provides information to efficiently analyze and monitor the distribution of merchandise to achieve sales growth and inventory targets. Performs thorough store merchandise analysis to develop supply strategies in stock management while maximizing sales profit and inventory turns.  Develops and implements inventory controls, policies, standard operating procedures and systems to maintain accurate financial information.

Requirements:

  • A graduate of BS Accountancy, Business Management major in Accounting or its equivalent.
  • With at least 2-3 years experience in the same capacity specializing in accounting and sales inventory management such as merchandise analysis, replenishment, assortment, allocation, physical count, recording, consolidating, reconciliation and analyzing reports in inventory is an advantage.
  • Must be highly organized, analytical, detail and results oriented.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional maturity, integrity, leadership ability and energy to meet desired goals and objectives.
  • Must be willing to travel.
