SALES MANAGER / ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager will be responsible to support the AVP – Sales & Merchandising for developing, implementing and leading successful sales in the retail outlets. Attain, sustain and exceeds profitability, productivity, and customer service by providing focused leadership on strategic market development, effective brand management, and outstanding customer relations. Provides efficient store operations systems and service standards in selling and representing our product lines to major department stores nationwide. Develop and motivate the sales team to improve their performance and sales output.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 3-5 years experience in the same capacity in providing significant contributions in sales, merchandising standards, and store operations preferably in fashion retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Customer-oriented, highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented and dynamic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional maturity, integrity, leadership ability and energy to achieve business goals and objectives.
